Responsibilities:

Team work for project start being to completion

Produce full set drawing for construction each project

Be communicate and work closely with clients

On site coordination contractor and sub-contractor

On time to work and willing to work overtime and under pressure

Proficient in English and Putonghua
Job Requirement:
-
Bachelor degree or equivalent, interior design and other related professionals
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, AI, Photoshop
-
At least 2-3 years relevant experience in office or retail store interior design & build experience
-
Able to handle project independently
-
Good communication skills, responsible, outgoing and aggressive
-

Interior Designer/ Assistant Interior designer
Responsibilities:
-
Supervise and monitor all site work of quality
-
Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure the work progress meet schedule
-
To prepare the site document including daily report
-
Assist project manager in all aspect of project follow up such as material planning, logistics and transportation coordination etc.
-
To attend regular site meetings and organize work as per project manager's instruction
-
Job Requirement:
-
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in interior design construction works
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
-
Willing to take initiative and meet challenges and able to work independently, well-organized, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
-
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
-
Willing to work at site working hours
Site Foreman
Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
-
To proactively make frequent outbound calls to potential customers and partners.
-
Cold call is required
-
To liaison with suppliers, contractors and partners
-
To provide after-sales services/support and to maintain good relationship with clients
-
To provide all administrative support, scheduling and arrangement for project implementation
-
Maintain close relationship with clients and develop new target segments
-
Conduct research into customer needs, knowing market trends and competitor activities
Job Requirement:
-
Degree holder who is preferably graduated from Business related disciplines with at least 2 year working experience
-
Willing to work overtime and work under pressure
-
Be computer literate and familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
-
Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Proficiency in written English and Chinese
Responsibilities:

Preparation and office/ retails team interior of 2D/3D drawing

Follow up from the design stage to project completion, ensure all projects completed on time

Strong design concepts, space planning and presentation skills

Capable to handle full set of construction and detail drawings

Creative, independent, self-motivated, good team player

Able to work under tight schedule and willing to work overtime
