AVA Interior Design 在提供合適客戶方案後，互相對設計方案及預算確認的前提下，簽定相關的裝修合同書，明確雙方的權利與義務。在裝修時，更變原有合約內項目，即新增工程，我們對每一項更變項目都會進行詳細地說明做法、收費標準，直到雙方確認共同簽字認可方為有效。每項工程在施工現場由設計師向施工負責人詳細講解預算項目、圖紙，協調辦理相關手續
根據客戶選擇的設計風格，設計師進行設計，並向客戶反饋，最終確定設計方案、圖紙及相關預算
一般裝修分為兩種模式，一種是包工包料，意思是指將購買裝飾材料的工作委託給工程公司，由工程公司統一報出材料費和工費。另一種只淨工，意思是指客戶自己來買材料，由專業合資格工匠施工，工費付給工程公司
客戶自己購買裝飾材料，材料的質量不一定得到保證，因為最貴的並不是最好的；客戶往往對如何挑選裝飾材料一知半解，對材料的質地、用途了解甚少，容易買質次價高的材料，而且因為數量少，往往不是批發價格。一旦工程質量出現問題，不易分清是工藝質量問題，還是材料質量問題，而且極易造成浪費，往往選購來自不同公司材料，令運費成本上升
